1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Velocitia's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Velocitia provides digital services including web development, branding, AI integration, and related digital solutions. Specific project terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
Provide necessary access to systems and accounts as required
Ensure you have rights to all content and materials provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Velocitia retains rights to use work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velocitia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment for work completed. Specific termination terms may be outlined in project agreements.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first, then mediation, and finally through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
